These vegan samosas, Indian Empanadas, as I like to think of them, are so quick you will be surprised! Filled with spiced potatoes wrapped in a crispy outer shell, these are flaky and flavorful. Add some cilantro chutney and get ready to feel like you wish you had made more. I will send an ingredient and spice list once we set up a date. For most of these dishes, I can also provide spice kits. I personally roast, grind, and package those spices.
