This spice kit has the ten essential spices that were in my mom's spice tin.  Enough Spices to make all dishes once.


Recipes included are: Indian Spiced Nuts, Aloo Bhaji (Potato Fritters), Jeera Chawal (Cumin Rice), Aloo Gobi (Potato Caulifower), Mushroom Bhaji, Daal (Yellow PIgeon Pea Lentils), Kachumber Salad (Lightly spiced Indian Cucumber, Tomato Salad ), Raita (Yogurt accompaniment to cool palate after spicy food), Kheer (Rice Pudding).

Spices Included are: Cumin seeds, Dry Red Chilli, Asofoetida (Hing), Tumeric, Paanch Phoron (Specific to Kolkata 5 spice combo), Bay leaves, Chilli Powder, Cardamom seeds, homemade coriander powder, homemade cumin powder, homemade garam masala powder.
