Salmon Seasoned with love, Wanna be Amish Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans and a Simple Salad.

Chopped garlic and LCY Go To Curry Mix all thrown on top of Salmon after putting in pan. Sprinkle with lime juice. Small sliver of butter. Flip. Peel oof skin. Let brown. Flip back to brown side with skin removed. Serve. Nothing complicated. And, there’s no fishy smell.

INGREDIENTS

  • Salmon fillets (I prefer Wild Caught)

  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic per fillet.

  • Lime Juice

  • Salt and Pepper

PROCESS:

1. Make sure the salmon is at room tempertarure and patted dry to avoid sticking to the pan. 2. If the salmon is with skin, then season with salt and pepper on the side without the skin. If without skin, just season one side.

3. Rub each filet with about 1/2 tablespoon of crushed garlic

4. Sprinle about 1/2 teaspoon of LCY Go To Curry Mix on the filet.

5. Melt about a tablespoon of butter on medium high heat in a cast iron pan.

Let the butter melt and cook till the foam subsides. This will be about 3 minutes.

6. Place the salmon filet, skin down if that's what you are using. If not, place, salmon filet with the spiced side on the pan.

7. Cook for 6 minutes on medium high without turning. It shoud be nice and brown by the time it's ready to flip.

8. Flip the fish.

9. If with skin, and you don't like the skin, peel off the skin. Then, while fish is in pan, take a cooking brush and apply the crushed garlic on the side facing up.

10. Season with salt and pepper.

11. Sprinke 1/2 teaspoon of the LCY Go to Curry Mix.

12. Cook for another 2-4 minutes

13. If you are not sure how to gauge how you like your fish, take a fork and separate the fllet.

14. Squeeze a few drops of lime juice.

14. Enjoy with a salad. We did Sauted Green Beans and Mashed potatoes!
